We sell HF inverter, grid tie inverter, LF inverter, the problem is the mosfet always easy to dead, thats why we offer DIY replace power mos board version, people can replace powermos+control board then can make the inverter life again. However, still have 10% chance the LF tansformer short & can not be work anymore. If so this is not 100% way to fix the inverter, also more than 10k-30kw when you turn on the box you will find lots cable on it due to big watt need big cable to let the amp come through, this stil not very friendly. So we seperate the transformer & control system into different box, also each box has the way to test if this box is good or not. Usually people just need open the control box to replace the parts, thats more clean inside & some screws to replace spend you about 30mins to fix it.

So all you need to do is just stocks some small parts, then the big monster will stay with you for whole life even to your next generation, thats we call real green energy & Forever final version. The following is the details. 2 is metal parts, this like copper wire, aluminum, iron, usuually 10-15times life time at least.

For the above reason, we make inverter become a control box(electric parts). The other is transformer box(metal parts). Control box inside has control board & main board, this may possible 1-2years dead, all you need to do is just replace a control box or even parts for control box, then you will get a brand new inverter again. This made by 2.0mm copper, usually 20years life time at least even longer than your solar panel unless the the thunder directly hit it, other wise, this guy will always offer you free power whenever you want. You can do the judge by yourself.

How to see control box is good? Put DC24v to T1 & T2 of control box back side, after connecting if the front panel has 22V more, thats means the main board is good, no mos board dead. If still have problem, this only come from the control board.

Thats can focus small area to solve it. Back side put DC24V like following photo. Front side will show you 24-30v around, see following photo. How to see the transformer box is good: Put 220v to front side of TF box, then back side you will see 20v more, that mean TR box is good to go, no short situations.

What happened if the control box dead? You can just replace 2parts from the control box, thats cost you about 1hour to fix it. Control box is made by 2 parts, a. For 21years inverter experiences, if inverter dead, you just replace the driver board(on the control board). Then you can make the control board work again, only few screws to replace it, maybe take you 10mins. There are 4pcs power mos board on the main board. All you need to do it just replace 4pcs power mos board through some screws, maybe 30mins. Or we can send parts for repair. After 45 days -2 months.
