Monopoly 1964 10 Player Red Box Version - Contents Area is Sealed Complete. I've never seen a vintage game packaged like this. The lid has no plastic around it but the lower half does and has never been opened.

Maybe originally it was like this and the top was then secured to the sealed bottom as well? I thought perhaps it was some sort of display? So that the top was taken off but the bottom was sealed so that contents could be shown but not fall out? So I put "Display Model" in the title because that's the best idea I can come up with. The bottom box has no wear at all.
